Here is another sample of with what I had to deal...when in court, the owner stated that although they agreed to new tires, they hadn't specified what type or size. Apparently they have no concern for a families safety.

Bought used 3/4 ton P/U from this dealer. They agreed to put 2 new tires on front. They ended up putting 4 passenger rated tires on this Heavy Duty 3/4 Truck. Their own tire finder web page indicated that LT were needed. Complained to BBB, Ark AG and the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission (who fined them because they: Failed to install correct tires on vehicle).

Friendly people (country) friendliness. Great selection and can get any car for you if need to. To beautiful 68 camaros in showroom. And the best door greeter ever. An 8 month old black lab, who loves to play. Go see them.
Also took them to small claims court. Did you know defendants get home field advantage? First judge had to recuse himself. 2nd judge...well, I lost. Sales manager was presented as a 'tire expert'. He failed to produce or list any certificates, training or experience that would prove this 'claim'. After verdict, he sarcastically asked if there was anything else he could do for me? YES, PLEASE PUT THE CORRECT TIRES ON MY TRUCK!!!!!!!!!! I ended up having to purchase 4 new tires at my expense.
